Hailey Kilgore’s journey began on February 16, 1999, in Humble, Texas, where she was born. Adopted at birth by Rebecca and Eric Kilgore, her family later relocated to the Portland suburb of Happy Valley in Oregon.
Showing early signs of talent and charisma, Kilgore entered the world of pageants at the age of 9. Notably, she was crowned National American Miss Oregon Pre-Teen in 2012 and clinched the National NAM Spokesmodel competition. In 2015, she achieved victory at the Miss Oregon’s Outstanding Teen competition.
Kilgore marked her professional theatrical debut as Rebecca Gibbs in Portland Center Stage’s production of “Our Town” in 2015. Her talent further shone in the same year with a role in the Portland Center Stage production of “Ain’t Misbehavin’.”
