Pavel Dmitrievich Lychnikov, born on 16 February 1967, is a versatile Russian-American actor with a rich background in television, voice acting, film, and theatre. Currently residing and working in the United States, Lychnikoff initially hails from Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union (now Russia), where he underwent formal training at the prestigious Russian Academy of Theatre Arts, also known as GITIS (1934 to 1991).
In the early 1990s, Lychnikoff made a significant move to the United States, marking the beginning of his international career.
